What is Melanoma?
Melanoma is the most serious skin cancer of the skin. It is a skin cancer where pigment cells start growing abnormally. There are more than 1 million skin cancers diagnosed each year in the U.S., that is more than cancers of the breast, prostate, lung, colon, uterus, ovaries, and pancreas combined. The Good news is that skin cancer can be prevented if detected and treated early it has a 95% cure rate.
